The Society Manager is an employee/appointed officer of the cooperative housing society who works under the instructions of the Managing Committee to carry out day-to-day administration.

1. Administrative Management
The Society Manager assists the Managing Committee in smooth administration.
Responsibilities:

Implement decisions taken by the Managing Committee and General Body.

Supervise staff such as watchmen, cleaners, and maintenance workers.

2. Meeting Management
The Manager helps the Secretary and Committee in organizing meetings.
Responsibilities:

Prepare meeting notices, agenda, and documents.

Arrange Managing Committee Meetings and General Body Meetings.

Maintain minutes records.

Follow up on resolutions passed in meetings.
3. Record & Register Maintenance
As per cooperative society rules, societies must maintain statutory records.
The Manager may maintain:

4. Accounts & Financial Assistance
The Manager assists in financial administration.
